Latham Advises Octopus Ventures on Vira Health’s US$12 Million Funding Round

London team advises on financing for digital health company focused on improving women’s health.
Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures as lead investor on the US$12 million funding round of Vira Health, a digital health company focused on improving the long-term health of women. The funds will be used to support the global expansion of Vira Health and its app, Stella, which combines evidence-based treatments to help women through menopause.
Octopus Ventures led the round, with participation from Optum Ventures and existing investors LocalGlobe, MMC Ventures, Amino Collective and other angels.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Samantha Peacock.
