Latham & Watkins has advised Index Ventures as lead investor (via its Index Origin Fund) on a seed round of Workbounce, a search, collaboration, and analytics platform for B2B sales executives to establish successful customer relationships.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Si and Irene Brandão.
