Latham & Watkins Advises MNTN on US$119 Million Financing

A Latham corporate team advised the marketing software company in the transaction.

MNTN, the leading marketing software platform for Connected TV advertising, announced that it has raised US$119 million in Series D financing. The round, which closed in the fourth quarter of 2021, was co-led by funds and accounts managed by BlackRock and Fidelity Management and Research Company, which collectively invested approximately US$110 million.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented MNTN in the transaction with a corporate team led by Los Angeles partner David Ajalat and San Diego associate Madelyn Tarr.
