Latham & Watkins Advises Oaktree on Significant Investment in ITG Communications

ITG Communications, a national provider of installation, fulfillment, constructio,  and project management services to the cable, telecommunications, and utility industries, has announced that it received an investment from funds managed by the Power Opportunities strategy of Oaktree Capital Management. Oaktree’s investment will help support the continued growth of the company. This transaction closed in December 2021 and terms of the investment were not disclosed.
