Latham & Watkins Advises MGN on the Contemplated Sale of Euronews

Latham & Watkins has advised Media Globe Networks (MGN) on the contemplated sale of its majority stake in Euronews, a leading international news channel, to Alpac Capital, a Portuguese investment fund. 

The Latham team was led from Paris by corporate partner Pierre-Louis Cléro, with associates Pauline Le Faou and Agathe Joyce. Advice was also provided on tax matters by counsel Cécile Mariotti and associate Camille Pons; on antitrust matters by partner Mathilde Saltiel and associate Constance Dobelmann; and on labour law matters by partner Matthias Rubner.
