Latham & Watkins’ Energy & Infrastructure Industry Group was awarded “Legal Advisor of the Year – Americas” at the IJInvestor Awards 2021, and was recognized for advising on the “Oil & Gas Acquisition of the Year – Americas.” The third annual IJInvestor Awards celebrate the best institutions and individuals in funds and M&A in the energy and infrastructure space as evaluated by a panel of senior market participants.

Latham was awarded “Legal Advisor of the Year – Americas” for being a trusted advisor to industry participants across the full energy and infrastructure spectrum, including all subsectors of oil and gas, conventional and renewable power, energy transition and de-carbonization, and energy and non-energy infrastructure, including digital, social, and physical infrastructure.
