Latham & Watkins Advises SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in Its US$300 Million Investment in LTK

LTK has announced that it has received a US$300 million investment from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 that will supercharge talent and product development across LTK’s creator, brand, and consumer shopping experiences. This investment raises LTK’s valuation to US$2 Billion.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in the investment with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Saad Khanani and Ben Potter, with Boston associates Naomi Smith and Luke Schafer. Advice was also provide on intellectual property matters by Bay Area counsel Arielle Singh; and on antitrust matters by Washington, D.C. counsel Patrick English.
