Latham & Watkins Advises Grammarly on US$200 Million Funding
Grammarly, the company powering effective communication with AI, has raised over US$200 million in funding at a US$13 billion valuation from new investors including Baillie Gifford and funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, among others.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Grammarly in the transaction with a corporate team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter and associate Michael Podolny, with associates Peter Prial, Magda Farhat, Jana Kovich, and Omar Ammash.
