Latham & Watkins Advises Astorg Portfolio Company IQ-EQ in Acquisition of Greyline Partners, LLC

A cross-border deal team represents global investor services group IQ-EQ in strategic acquisition to deepen its US foothold.

IQ-EQ, an Astorg portfolio company, has announced the acquisition of Greyline Partners, LLC (Greyline), an industry leading US provider of governance and regulatory compliance solutions for PE, VC, Hedge funds, and investors.
