Zūm, a leader in modern student transportation, has announced US$130 million in Series D funding led by Softbank Vision Fund 2, with participation from existing investors including Sequoia and BMW i Ventures.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in the financing with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Saad Khanani and Ben Potter, with Bay Area associate Christopher Pham.
