Latham & Watkins Advises Endeavor on US$1.2 Billion Acquisition of Sports Betting Company OpenBet from Scientific Games

Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc., a global entertainment company, has entered into an agreement to acquire OpenBet, a leading content, platform, and service provider to the sports betting industry, from Scientific Games Corporation for US$1.2 billion paid through a combination of cash (US$1 billion) and equity (US$200 million).
