Latham & Watkins Advises Fortress Investment Group on Sale and Refinancing of Bordeaux FC

Latham & Watkins advised Fortress Investment Group, as existing lender, in relation to the sale and refinancing of Football Club des Girondins de Bordeaux (Bordeaux FC). Gérard Lopez is the new owner of Bordeaux FC, following confirmation by the Commercial Court of Bordeaux. Fortress Investment Group is a leading, highly diversified global investment manager.
