Latham & Watkins represented the Morgan Stanley Private Credit, as Administrative Agent and Sole Lead Arranger, in a financing to support the significant investment by an H.I.G. Capital affiliate in Cleo Communications, a global provider of ecosystem integration software solutions. Terms were not disclosed.
Chicago partner Brandon Anderson led the Latham team that advised on the financing, with associates Katherine Stork, Daniel Ruvolo, and Jonathan Snavely.
