Latham & Watkins Represents Mister Car Wash in IPO
Mister Car Wash, Inc., operator of over 340 car washes nationwide, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 37,500,000 shares of its common stock, with 31,250,000 shares being offered by Mister Car Wash and 6,250,000 shares being sold by selling stockholders, which include entities affiliated with Leonard Green & Partners, at a public offering price of US$15 per share. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 25, 2021 under the ticker symbol “MCW.”
