Emerging companies team represents lead investor, Index Ventures, in Motorway’s Series B round.

Latham & Watkins advised Index Ventures on a £48 million Series B fundraising round for Motorway, a UK startup that allows professional car dealers to bid in an auction for privately-owned cars for sale.

The Series B round was led by Index Ventures, with participation from BMW i Ventures and Unbound.

Latham’s team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Samantha Si.
