Latham & Watkins Advises ASAPP in US$120 Million Series C Financing

A Boston-based emerging companies team advises the artificial intelligence platform in the transaction.
ASAPP, Inc., the artificial intelligence research-driven company, has announced it raised US$120 million in Series C financing. This brings ASAPP's total funding to US$400 million and doubles the company's valuation to US$1.6 billion from its Series B financing a year ago.
Latham & Watkins LLP advises ASAPP in the transaction with an emerging companies deal team led by Boston partner Daniel Hoffman, with Boston associate Samantha Gross.
