Latham & Watkins Advises the Underwriters in Par Pacific’s Offering of Common Stock

A corporate deal team represents the underwriters in the company’s offering.

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PARR) has announced an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of US$16 per share.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner Trevor Lavelle, with associates Drew West, Kate Wang, and Dylan Carroll. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Jim Cole, with associate Marianne Standley; and on environmental matters by Houston partner Joel Mack, with Los Angeles counsel Joshua Marnitz.
