Latham & Watkins Advises Cruise in Acquisition of Voyage

Cruise LLC, a San Francisco-based company engaged in the development and commercialization of autonomous vehicle technology, has announced that it has acquired Voyage Auto Inc., an autonomous vehicle startup. 

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Cruise in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Mark Bekheit and Tad Freese, with associates Kaitlyn Fulcher and Melinda Vanderburg.
