Latham & Watkins Advises Rothesay on US$5 Billion Reinsurance Arrangements for MetLife

Latham & Watkins advised Rothesay Life Plc on two longevity reinsurance arrangements with MetLife, Inc. reinsuring approximately US$5 billion of pension liabilities associated with two UK bulk annuity transactions completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
