NANO-X IMAGING LTD (NASDAQ: NNOX), an innovative medical imaging technology company, has announced that it has priced the previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,091,635 of its ordinary shares by certain non-officer, non-director shareholders at a public offering price of US$62.50 per share.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the underwriters in the offering with a capital markets deal team led by partners Peter Handrinos and Wesley Holmes, with associates Danny Shulman, Tyler Vivian, and Daniel Walder.
