Latham & Watkins Advises IXL Learning in Acquisition of Wyzant Tutoring Marketplace

A multidisciplinary team advised the personalized learning platform on the transaction.

IXL Learning, the K-12 personalized learning platform used by 11 million students, has announced that it has acquired Wyzant, the nation's largest marketplace for online tutoring. The addition of the Chicago-based company will expand IXL's capacity to address the needs of all students with personalized, one-on-one mentoring.
