Latham & Watkins Advises Astorg Asset Management and its Portfolio Company Anaqua in Acquisition of Quantify IP

Anaqua, a portfolio company of Astorg Asset Management and a leading provider of innovation and intellectual property management solutions, has announced that it has acquired global IP cost estimating software provider Quantify IP. The transaction further strengthens Anaqua’s strategic line of IP management solutions and offers law firms and corporations advanced portfolio cost budgeting and forecasting tools to enhance their IP management strategy.
