Latham & Watkins Advises MSD Partners on Multiple Football Financing Deals

Cross-practice team represents investment adviser on English football transactions.

Latham & Watkins has advised MSD Partners, L.P., on a number of English football transactions including financings for Premier League team Southampton, funding for the takeover of Burnley, and financing for Derby County, a historic English club.

Latham lawyers who led these transactions for MSD Partners include London corporate partner Ed Barnett, finance partner Adrian Chiodo, and entertainment, sports, and media partner Patrick Mitchell.
