Latham & Watkins Advises Underwriters in ZoomInfo’s US$350 Million Senior Notes Offering
ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (ZoomInfo) has announced that its indirect subsidiaries ZoomInfo Technologies LLC and ZoomInfo Finance Corp. have priced their previously announced offering of US$350 million aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Senior Notes due 2029, which represents an increase of US$50 million from the previously announced offering of US$300 million. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to repay a portion of outstanding borrowings under its first lien term loan facility and to pay fees and expenses incurred in connection with the offering. The offering of the Notes is expected to close on February 2, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
