Latham & Watkins Advises the Conflicts Committee of Navios Maritime Containers in Connection with its Merger with Navios Maritime Partners

Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (Navios Partners) (NYSE: NMM) and Navios Maritime Containers L.P. (Navios Containers) (NASDAQ: NMCI) have announced that they entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Navios Partners will acquire all of the publicly held common units of Navios Containers in exchange for common units of Navios Partners.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents the Conflicts Committee of Navios Containers L.P. in the transaction with a corporate team led by Houston partners Ryan Maierson and Nick Dhesi, with associates Blake Berkey, Sam Bentley, and Z Barghouthy.
