January 4, 2021
The firm’s experienced CFIUS lawyers guided the client through the clearance process.

The CFIUS team was led by Washington, D.C. partner Les Carnegie, with associate Tahura Lodhi. The corporate deal team was led by New York partners David Kurzweil and Jane Greyf with associates J.
