Latham Advises Citi Ventures on Investment in gohenry

London team represents investor in funding round for children’s financial literacy app.

Latham & Watkins advised Citi Ventures on its investment in gohenry, a global leader in building healthy financial habits for kids, in a US$40 million financing round.

The financing round was led by US growth-equity firm Edison Partners with Gaia Capital Partners investing alongside Citi Ventures and Muse Capital.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Samantha Peacock.
