Latham & Watkins Advises Initial Purchasers in United Wholesale Mortgage’s US$800 Million Senior Notes Offering

United Shore Financial Services, LLC d/b/a United Wholesale Mortgage has closed its offering of US$800 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2025 in an offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a corporate deal team led by New York partners Keith Halverstam and Andrew Baker, with New York associates Gemma Mootoo Rajah, Biagio Marino, Tyler Vivian, and Isabelle Sawhney. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim, with New York associate Lea Li; and on intellectual property matters by New York partner Jeffrey Tochner, with Boston associate Deborah Hinck.
