Latham Named Pan-European Legal Advisor of the Year by Real Deals

Latham & Watkins has been named Pan-European Legal Advisor of the Year for the second year in succession at Real Deals’ annual Private Equity Awards. The awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of leading firms, practitioners, and deal teams in the private equity industry. 

The Legal Advisor of the Year category recognises the law firms that are able to demonstrate how they have differentiated their offer and delivered value to clients through outstanding execution, commercial awareness, and capacity to find creative solutions to problems. The award also recognises growth of market share, deals advised on, and overall evolution of team and strategy.

Latham was ranked the #1 private equity legal advisor in Europe (by deal volume) for the first three quarters of 2020, according to recent league tables published by Mergermarket.
