Latham & Watkins Advises LLR Partners in US$1.8 Billion Fund Formation

Members of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice are advising the lower middle market private equity firm on its sixth fund.

LLR Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm, has announced the final closing of LLR Equity Partners VI, L.P. (together with its affiliated investment funds, LLR 6) at US$1.8 billion, inclusive of the General Partner’s commitment.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented LLR Partners in the fund formation with an Investment Funds team led by Washington, D.C. partner Barton Clark, with associates Lauren Ford and Cassy Romano. Washington, D.C. partner Cheryl Coe, with associate Eli McCrain, advised on tax matters.
