Latham & Watkins LLP represents Mallinckrodt in the process with a restructuring team led by New York partner George Davis and Los Angeles partner Jeff Bjork, with New York partner George Klidonas, New York counsel Anu Yerramalli, Washington, D.C. counsel Andy Sorkin, and Chicago associate Jason Gott. Advice is also being provided on litigation matters by New York partner Christopher Harris and Boston counsel Betsy Marks; and on corporate matters by Boston partner Hans Brigham.
