Latham & Watkins Advises Voltus in its US$25 Million Series B Financing

A Boston-based emerging companies team advised the distributed energy resources platform in its financing.

Voltus, Inc., the leading distributed energy resources (DER) platform, has announced it has raised US$25 million in a Series B financing. The round was led by NGP Energy Technology Partners III ("NGP ETP III") and included existing investors Prelude Ventures and Ajax Strategies.

Latham & Watkins represented Voltus, Inc. in the transaction with a Boston-based team led by partner John Chory, with associates Spencer Ricks, Peter Prial, and Martha Anderson.
