For the 12th year in a row, Working Mother magazine has named Latham & Watkins to its annual Best Law Firms for Women report, which commends US law firms that use “best practices in recruiting, retaining, promoting and developing women lawyers." Criteria for making the list include percentage of female lawyers, mentorship, and succession planning. Latham, one of 60 firms to make this year’s list, earned a spot in the magazine's Hall of Fame, which honors firms that have been on the list for at least 10 years, for the second year in a row.
