Latham & Watkins Advises the Underwriters in JFrog’s Initial Public Offering

A corporate deal team advised the underwriters in the liquid software company’s offering.

JFrog Ltd. (JFrog), the liquid software company, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11,568,218 ordinary shares at a price to the public of US$44.00 per share. Of the offered shares, 8,000,000 shares are being offered by JFrog and 3,568,218 shares are being offered by certain of JFrog’s existing shareholders. JFrog will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the existing selling shareholders. The underwriters have the option to purchase up to an additional 1,735,232 ordinary shares from JFrog at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
