Latham & Watkins Advises Postmates on Partnership with NFL

The National Football League (NFL) announced it has entered into an exclusive multi-year sponsorship agreement with Postmates making Postmates the first official on-demand food delivery partner of the NFL. Postmates is also an official sponsor of NFL premier events including the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl and Draft. Postmates will roll out a variety of NFL-themed offerings throughout the 2020 season.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Postmates in the deal with an Entertainment, Sports & Media team lead by Century City partner Adam Sullins with associate Sam Lehman.
