Latham & Watkins Advises on ReliaQuest’s US$300 Million Growth Financing Led by KKR

A Boston-based team advised ReliaQuest, its founder and other minority equity-holders in the transaction.

ReliaQuest, an advanced cybersecurity managed service and intelligence platform for global enterprises, has announced it has raised over US$300 million in growth financing in a round led by leading global investment firm KKR, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures and ReliaQuest founder, CEO Brian Murphy, among others. The investment, which follows $30 million in growth equity from FTV Capital – who partnered with the firm in 2016 – will support ReliaQuest in accelerating the company's growth initiatives, including international expansion and platform development. 

Latham & Watkins advised ReliaQuest, its founder and other minority equity-holders in the transaction with a corporate team led by Boston partner John Chory and Boston associates Spencer Ricks and Edward Boehme. Advice was also provide on tax matters by Bay Area partner Grace Lee, with Boston associate Joseph Curran; and on benefits and compensation matters by Chicago partner Robin Struve, with Chicago associate Daniel Gocek.
