Latham & Watkins represented the lead managers on the Rs.18,750 million (US$250 million) Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) by Info Edge (India) Limited with the equity shares listing on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
The lead managers for this transaction were Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited, IIFL Securities Limited, and J.P. Morgan India Private Limited.
