Latham & Watkins Advises Shipper in Series A Funding

An emerging companies team advised the logistics services platform in its funding round.

Shipper, a logistics services platform based in Indonesia, has completed its Series A funding round, led by lead investor Prosus Ventures, with participation by existing investors. The funding round will aid in the continued expansion of the company.

Latham & Watkins represents Shipper in the transaction with an emerging companies team led by Bay Area partner Benjamin Potter, with associates Michael Podolny and Vishal Ganesan.
