London capital markets team advises bookrunners on placing by UK’s leading provider of student accommodation.
Latham & Watkins advised J.P. Morgan and Numis as the joint bookrunners on a £300 million placing by The Unite Group plc (Unite), the UK’s leading provider of student accommodation.
The placing enables Unite to continue to invest in its market-leading platform and drive future earnings growth. Unite intends to use the net proceeds of the placing to commit to new schemes under offer and capitalise on new University partnership and development opportunities in key cities to enhance future returns.
