Latham Advises Wolt in €100 Million Funding Round

London emerging companies team represents technology food-delivery company in latest venture capital raise.
Latham & Watkins advised Wolt, a Finnish technology company known for its food-delivery platform, in securing a new €100 million round of funding. The round was raised from current investors, including ICONIQ Capital, Highland Europe, 83North and EQT Ventures, with Goldman Sachs’ Growth Equity team joining as a new investor.
The venture capital raised helps prepare Wolt for further uncertainty and change caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Wolt serves 5 million customers in 22 countries, with a team of 1,000 people.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Robbie McLaren and Mike Turner, with associate Jon Fox.
