Latham & Watkins Advises Total S.A. in Connection with US$2.5 Billion Bond Offering

Total S.A., a broad energy company active in 130 countries, has priced its offering of US$2.5 billion of 3.127% Guaranteed Notes Due 2050 to be issued by Total Capital International and guaranteed by Total S.A.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Total S.A. in the offering, with a corporate deal team led by Houston partner Ryan Maierson, with Houston associates Ryan Lynch, Bryan Ryan and Katie Walker, and Paris associates Roberto Reyes Gaskin and Jaime Hall.
