April 3, 2020
Net proceeds from the sale of the senior notes in these offerings will total approximately €2.487 billion.

Danaher Corporation (Danaher), a global science and technology innovator, has announced the offerings of euro-denominated senior notes, as detailed in the company’s press releases from April 3 and March 25. Danaher estimates that the net proceeds from the sale of the senior notes in these offerings will total approximately €2.487 billion, after deducting the underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses payable by Danaher. Danaher anticipates using the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of a portion of its outstanding commercial paper borrowings as they mature and/or repayment of amounts borrowed under its five-year revolving credit facility.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the underwriters in the offerings with a corporate team led by New York partners Greg Rodgers and Benjamin Cohen, with associates Sami Ghneim, Matthew DeSilva, and Shawn Noh.
