Latham & Watkins Advises CNX Resources in Private Offering of US$300.0 Million of Convertible Senior Notes

The upstream energy company was advised by a Houston and New York based team.

CNX Resources Corporation announced the pricing of US$300.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.250% convertible senior notes due 2026. In connection with the offering of the Notes, CNX granted the initial purchasers of the Notes a 13-day option to purchase up to an additional US$45.0 million aggregate principal amount of Notes. The sale of the Notes to the initial purchasers is expected to settle on May 1, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
