Latham Advises Equitrans Midstream Corporation in Transformative Actions

Equitrans Midstream Corporation (NYSE: ETRN) and EQM Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: EQM) have announced transformative actions, including its acquisition of EQM Midstream Partners and share buy back from EQT.
