Latham & Watkins Advised Alliance Data in Sale of Precima® to Nielsen

Alliance Data Systems Corporation (NYSE: ADS), a leading global provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions, has announced that it has completed the sale of its Precima® business, an industry leading, SaaS-based provider of powerful retail and customer data applications and analytics, to Nielsen (NYSE: NLSN) Global Connect, a provider of accurate, actionable information and insights to consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers.
