Restructuring Partners to be Inducted as Fellows of the American College of Bankruptcy

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Jeff Bjork, a partner in the Los Angeles office and Global Vice Chair of the firm’s Restructuring and Special Situations Practice, and Caroline Reckler, a partner in the Chicago office and a member of the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice, will be inducted as Fellows of The American College of Bankruptcy. The prestigious College is an honorary association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals and plays an important role in sustaining professional excellence in the field. Bjork and Reckler are two of 31 Fellows being inducted to the 31st Class of the College for their impressive record of achievement and demonstrating the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, character, and leadership.

Bjork and Reckler are highly regarded practitioners with extensive experience representing public and private companies, creditors, and investors in all aspects of restructuring both in and out of court. They have each had an impressive career steering many of the highest-profile and complex restructurings across industries domestically and abroad.
