Milan Partner Again Ranked Among 50 Best Italian Lawyers

LegalCommunity, Italy’s leading legal publication, has named Milan corporate partner Stefano Sciolla among the 50 Best Italian Lawyers for the fourth year running.

The publication described Sciolla as a “serial dealmaker,” particularly in the private equity sector. LegalCommunity highlighted his work on many of the year’s highest-profile transactions, including in client Farfetch’s acquisition of New Guards Group and client The Carlyle Group’s sale of Marelli Motori to Langley. The publication added that clients appreciate Sciolla’s “direct and frank” approach.
