Latham & Watkins Advises Honey On Acquisition by PayPal

Los Angeles partners advised Honey in the US$4 billion M&A transaction.

PayPal Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PYPL) has announced that it has agreed to acquire Honey Science Corporation, a rapidly-growing technology platform for shopping and rewards, for approximately US$4 billion.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Honey Science Corporation in the transaction with a team led by Los Angeles corporate partners Alex Voxman and Jordan Miller and senior associate David Ajalat; Los Angeles compensation and benefits partner Larry Seymour; San Francisco tax partner Grace Lee; Los Angeles technology transactions partner Ghaith Mahmood with San Francisco associate Heather Lui; and San Francisco antitrust partner Hanno Kaiser.
