Latham & Watkins Advises Silver Lake in Strategic Investment in TEG

A cross-border deal team from more than six Latham offices worldwide is providing counsel on the transaction.
TEG, Asia Pacific’s leading live entertainment and ticketing company, and Silver Lake, the global leader in technology investing, have announced that Silver Lake has signed a definitive agreement to acquire TEG from funds advised by Affinity Equity Partners (S) Pte Ltd and its affiliates. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Latham & Watkins LLP is representing Silver Lake in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partners Justin Hamill and Alexandra Kelly, Silicon Valley partner Chad Rolston, Hong Kong partner Simon Cooke, Singapore partner Farhana Sharmeen, Century City partner Rick Offsay, and London partner Gail Crawford. New York partner Lisa Watts advised on tax matters.
