For the fifth year in succession, Latham & Watkins has been named High Yield Team of the Year at the IFLR European Awards. The firm was also recognized in two Deal of the Year categories for demonstrating legal innovation across the most significant deals in Europe.
The honored transactions include:
- High Yield Deal of the Year: Latham represented the initial purchasers and the banks providing the revolving credit facility in Nexi Capital S.p.A’s bond issuance.
- Equity Deal of the Year: Latham advised the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, on the €947 million initial public offering of Adyen N.V.
